Approach

Clarity before action.

We are very good at acting quickly and surprisingly bad at stopping long enough to understand what we are acting on. Before another strategy, plan or reinvention, I want to understand what is actually happening.

What is true?

What do you want?

What are you afraid of?

What are you doing because it matters to you – and what are you doing because you learned somewhere along the way that you were supposed to?

Clear action tends to follow clear thinking.

You are not a project.

I am interested in growth, ambition and discipline. I am not interested in treating a human being as a permanently unfinished project. You can want to grow without being at war with yourself. You can be ambitious without making achievement the measure of your worth.

a more human way.

Depth with its
feet on the ground.

We may talk about identity, meaning, fear, relationships, purpose or the stories you carry about yourself. But the work always comes back to your actual life: the conversation you need to have, the boundary you need to hold, the decision you need to make or the thing you need to stop avoiding.

Let's talk

No hard sell. No obligation.

Let's have
a conversation.
