Private coaching

Twelve weeks to step back, think clearly and work on what matters.

The space to think

We meet every fortnight for six 90-minute sessions. That gives us enough continuity to get beneath the surface, with enough real life between sessions for things to settle, be tested and change.

You might bring a career decision, pressure that has become normal, a relationship that needs attention, a sense that the life you built no longer fits quite as well as it once did, or simply the desire for a serious space to think.

The conversations are practical, but they can go deep. We may look at patterns, assumptions, values, fear, ambition, identity and the stories you have been living inside. The point is not introspection for its own sake. It is greater clarity about how you want to live and what you are going to do about it.

Who it suits

Thoughtful, successful people who are prepared to be honest. You do not need to be in crisis. You do need to be willing to look at yourself properly.

If you want a five-step productivity system or somebody to tell you how to become a high-performance machine, I am probably not your man. If you want a serious conversation about where you are, what matters and what comes next, we may work very well together.

One day. Proper space.
No noise.

Some questions deserve more than an hour squeezed between meetings. The private intensive is a full day set aside for one decision, transition or area of your life that needs proper attention.

Typically we begin around 9.30am and finish around 5.30pm. The day can include focused conversation, walking, lunch, thinking time and practical work. There is no forced breakthrough and no conference-room theatre.

The aim is simple: leave understanding the situation more clearly, knowing what matters and having a grounded sense of the next steps.
